Heidi Overton has been a licensed massage therapist since 2002. She specializes in Deep Tissue Technique, Sports Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, as well as Swedish Massage. Heidi was an instructor at massage schools in KCMO from 2010-2025. She is currently enrolled in the Somatic Counseling program at Naropa University, working toward her Masters in Clinical Counseling. Heidi has a passion for energy work and massage. She has also been a yoga instructor for over 25 years and is certified in Kundalini Yoga. Her 25+ background as an energy healer and Reiki Master gives Heidi an intuitive advantage with her bodywork. Along with her extensive experience, she is also a Certified Auriculotherapist (ear acupressure). Heidi also offers prenatal massage and teaches baby massage to new parents or caregivers.

When Heidi is not at Allied Chiropractic as co-owner, clinic director, CA, and licensed massage therapist, she likes to teach belly dance classes, yoga, and meditation workshops. She enjoys exercising, cooking, creating art, hitting the trails with Bodhi and Josh, and hanging out with her son, Ziggy.
